1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the TrueSpend mobile application ("the Service"), developed by Dasightic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TrueSpend provides a personal finance, budgeting, and wealth-tracking tool. It allows users to log manual expenses, track recurring EMIs and SIPs, set budgeting goals, and visualize their financial data.
3. No Financial Advice
TrueSpend is a tracking and calculation tool, not a financial advisor. The information, insights, and projections provided by the Service (including the "Cycle Sweep" engine and 10-Year Projections) are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
4. Subscriptions and Payments (TrueSpend Prime)
TrueSpend offers a premium subscription tier known as TrueSpend Prime.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually and are processed entirely through your Google Play Store account.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Because transactions are handled by Google, Dasightic cannot directly issue refunds. All refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policies.
- Free Trials: If you enroll in a free trial, your account will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless canceled prior.
5. User Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy: TrueSpend's calculations rely entirely on the data you manually input. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your logged transactions, budgets, and recurring items.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your Google account. We recommend utilizing the in-app Biometric App Lock feature to secure your financial data.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Dasightic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of the app. We shall not be liable for any data loss, calculation errors, or financial losses resulting from the use of this tool.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may terminate these Terms at any time by utilizing the "Delete Account" feature within the app and uninstalling the application.

9. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features Acknowledgment
By utilizing the "Copilot" AI Advisor or Smart Notification Tracking, you acknowledge that:
- AI Generates Errors: AI models (including Google Vertex AI) can "hallucinate" false information or provide mathematically incorrect advice. You must independently verify all AI-generated guidance.
- No Liability: Dasightic assumes absolutely zero liability for financial losses, missed EMI payments, or damages resulting from your reliance on the AI Advisor or automated tracking features.
10. Indemnification & Governing Law
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dasightic against any claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
